This 2017 Heartland North Trail Caliber 31BHDD 36' Travel Trailer, "Rosie", is beautifully built with solid surface counter tops, stainless steel deep sink, as well as power awning and power jacks. She is located in the Flower Mound area and only weighs 7202 lbs. making it easily towable with most full size trucks or SUVs. ***Brake Controller Req'd*** Everything needed to tow, ball, sway bar and equalizer bars are included. This RV also has dual A/C to keep it cool during the warmer months and a heated underbelly to keep it cozy during the cooler times. She also comes stocked with our Amenities Package. Linen cleaning is included. Please note that the rest of the Amenities Package does not include cleaning. The king slide-out along with the 8ft wide, 6.5ft high interior body design make this RV easy to move around in. She has a comfy queen bed in the master with great storage throughout. There's Jack & Jill double queen bunks in the back, a full size sofa bed and a roomy U-shaped dinette that makes into a bed as well. This RV can sleep 7-10. The bath is also very roomy with a tub and shower and can serve as your mud room with a 2nd exterior access door. There is plenty of storage throughout as well as a central vacuum. The kitchen comes equipped with a 3 burner stove, microwave oven, conventional oven and refrigerator and freezer. The LED HDTV is complete with AM/FM/CD with Aux. input system with indoor and outdoor speakers. Enjoy the great outdoors under the shade of the power awning and there's also an outdoor kitchen equipped with a 2 burner stove, sink and small refrigerator as well as an outdoor shower. For your extra toys, there is a pull-out bumper cargo carrier for bikes, coolers or a generator. Whether you're camping, attending a festival, NASCAR or just needing the extra space for guests, you will love spending time in this RV. Delivery is available within a 30 mile radius.
