SUVs. The 8 x 10 foot garage area is a great place to house your toys and has a 4300 lb. carrying capacity. **Please note: Due to heavier loads, a trailer brake is highly recommended.** And
for those that need the room, this beautiful camper
sleeps 4-7 people. Discounts

more! The master is separated by a private sliding door with a
walk-around queen size bed and plenty of storage.
There are 2 jack knife full size sofas in the living area, a removable dinette table as well as a twin hydraulic bunk. There is also a great amount of cabinet space throughout the living area. The kitchen
comes equipped with a double sink, 3
burner gas
stove, gas oven, a microwave and a large fridge
and freezer. For your entertainment needs, there's a 40" LED TV / DVD in the kitchen area and the bluetooth stereo/CD player has a powered subwoofer / amplifier and plays to
speakers both inside and outside for your tunes. The bathroom is also very roomy with a shower, vanity and toilet. Outside, you'll find a great
LED lit awning,
outside shower with hot and cold water and outdoor speakers for relaxing at your campsite.
There is an 8 foot spring assist ramp door to the garage that has the Fuzion 5K Inter-lock system to keep your toys secure for travel. *** Please Note (8/1/19) - The generator is currently inoperable. Please ask if you need one and we can check on alternatives. The Onan 5500 watt generator has controls on the inside with an hour meter and fuel gauge and a 30 gallon tank with a pump for days of boondocking and play time. Generator is $3 per hour, $40 per 24hrs. on the meter or $175 per week. Delivery is available within a 100 mile radius. For
